I am not normally one to take time to write a review but in the case of Julian and the team from All Roofing Services I just had to. I have been involved in building construction management for more than 30 years and it is very rare these days to deal with such a well-managed group.
All Roofing Services is a well organised and well-run company that takes pride in what they are doing. The level of service, care, follow up, workmanship and attention to detail is exceptional.
The process started with quoting – they actually turned up when they said they would! They followed up to see how I was going with the quote. They didn’t pester, they just asked the question. They patiently re-quoted several different options for me – and then followed up to see how I was going. When I finally accepted the quote, they booked in a time, advised when they were running late, came on the due date and EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS with their delivery. My roof line is awkward, out of square and out of level. Julian and his team were not phased, they just worked through the issues and delivered me a new roof with a level of workmanship and attention to detail that is second to none.
At the end of the day one I noticed some debris had dropped into my neighbour’s place. On day 2, not only had they thoroughly cleaned up my place, they even picked up the small bits that had dropped into the neighbour’s yard, without me having to ask!!
I am exceptionally pleased with the work that Julian and his team have delivered. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they have provided and would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others. Thanks guys!!

Julian and his team have done an outstanding job on the replacement of my existing concrete tile roof with a new Colorbond roof.

We couldn’t be happier with our new roof. It looks fabulous and was completely watertight during Sydney’s recent, unusually heavy rain. We were very impressed with Julian, Matt and the team for their professionalism and attention to detail. They were hard-working, polite and courteous, and cleaned up all the trade waste afterwards. We were so appreciative that they gave up their holiday break over Christmas week to do our job when bad weather and emergency work after the Kurnell tornado meant they were unable to fit us in beforehand, as originally scheduled.

We had our whole roof replaced including gutter, downpipes, gutter guard, 3 whirlybirds and 2 skylights. Our old roof was tile with numerous leaks. The work was very organised and carried out efficiently and very effectively. From the quote, to deliveries, the job, the clean-up and the paperwork all staff were excellent to deal with. Our roof looks amazing and a big thank you to the guys who were all over our roof – you were thorough, neat and considerate. We first saw All Roofing Services doing an excellent job on a neighbour’s guttering and decided to ask for a quote. We needed our middle roof replaced, plus guttering and fascia to two levels, and because of Sydney’s spate of inclement weather we needed the work to be completed quickly. Within a week of accepting his quote, all the work was completed to an excellent standard.
Julian also did minor repairs on our other roof, sealed some large cracks in a wall and fixed the roof of our garden shed. He even removed and took away our old TV aerial. All for free! We have used other tradespeople in the past but none have surpassed All Roofing Services, for attention to detail, quality of work, punctuality and communication.
We have no hesitation in recommending All Roofing Services to anyone who wants quality work at a reasonable price.

Recently I used All Roofing Services to carry out repairs to my property at Fairlight. The job was to replace worn out zincalume roofing with Colourbond.
ARS advised me to use long sheets to avoid the problem of corrosion in the laps and also on the best insulation for the location.

All of the old material was removed from the site and the area was left clean and tidy. The work was carried out thoughtfully and there was no disruption to the affairs and business of the tenants in the building.
At no time was the work left overnight exposed to the elements.

We are more than satisfied with the work done by Julian and his team. The whole process from initial quote through to completion of the job was very professional. Julian took heed of our specific requirements and kept us fully informed throughout the process. While minor unforeseen problems did arise during the course of the work, Julian always made certain they were fully dealt with so that the final outcome was in no way impacted. He also did extra little touches such as spray painting the ventilation pipes to match the colour of the new Kliplok roofing he had just installed. Most importantly, we have the comfort of knowing that the roof is leak free (having been tested by recent rains) and is a vast improvement on the one we replaced.
